Timesheet System

This module provides visibility and control of costs by allowing advisors to enter time against the campaigns to which they have been assigned.

The combination of Infinity Desktop and Infinity Timesheets facilitates up to date gross margin reporting across your business. By accurately capturing the most significant and variable costs (advisor pay, national insurance, bonuses, commissions etc.,) as well as revenue (sales, call handled, calling hours etc.,), accurate margin calculations can be made.

What is it?

  • Software into which agents input hours worked, restricted due to personal profile, and supervisors then validate before processing by your payroll department.

How does it help in a call centre?
